Important Tenant Information
Once you find the home that meets your needs, you will submit an application for each adult (18 years and older) that will occupy the home along with a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. All applications are processed by analysis of a credit report, checking rental references and verifying income.
Upon approval of your application it will be necessary for you to pay the prorated rent or the first month's rent and security deposit. After signing the lease the only thing left is to pack!
To help us ensure that your home is properly maintained and that maintenance requests are dealt with quickly, please check in with us if you have not heard from us within 3 business days of submitting your non-emergency request.
